Fruit from a Poisonous Tree Reviews
Amazing research by someone who is an attorney, in addition to stints as a U.S. Marine, police chief, pilot, law professor, legal researcher, private investigator and ombudsman with the Department of Defense.
I paid $20 and some change for the softcover book. It is large enough to be easy to read. I can't stand small paperback books with small print. This book took some courage to write and publish. Sometimes it bogged down with court data and past court decisions but I suppose that was necessary to provide background. It was kinda good in a way because you will learn about maritime laws and other laws that we as a nation have abandoned. Much of the information was not much of a surprise to me but it may be to you if you have fallen hook line and sinker for what our government has passed off as law. The whole IRS thing is nothing but a farce of epic proportions as is the eroding of our constitutional rights in the name of the war on terrorism. He also brings up some interesting ideas about our government creating wars on everything from drugs to terrorism. Seems like we are always at war and have been in my lifetime. This book will open your eyes to many things and is well worth the price. Pass it along to another when you have finished reading it. We all need to wake up to a lot of things about our huge government and take back our lives. Highly, highly recommended!
Very detailed. It's a history book. Not an actual "answer book", but you at least can have a big picture to deal with, while thinking and seeing what is going on. Edward Mandell House quote, really got me searching for all I could find regarding that guy. Found more. More info,, leading to more info.
What you learn about America is something they are not telling you in your history classes. Our politicians have sold our country “down the river” and basically ceded the rule over from “We the People” to a separate entity known as the U.S. government. This new entity does not work on the behalf of the American taxpayer but only gives the illusion of doing so.
The author, an attorney, has done 40 year legal research, which has lead him to rescind his U.S. citizenship and conclude how our government continues to abrogate our Civil Rights through the current Federal court system. If one is ready to gain knowledge and to wake up one must read this book.
Excellent Information about the History of How Common Law was deceptively and secretly replaced by Admiralty/Maritime Law .. It explains very well the history on how "we the people" have been duped by the Anti freedom, truth and justice crowd.. This is for the people who want to know the truth about who, what, where, when.. About the usurping of our constitutional rights..
This book was written by a former Marine, Mr. Stamper.
A lot of research went into writing this - would recommend
