I've never read a textbook with so many pages in table format, where the tables contain full paragraphs and the same table headings are used 15-20 times throughout the book. The language used is basic and easy to read, but there are a number of sentence structure flaws that can be distracting while reading.

Stupid book. Recipe: Stretched out one chapter or generic leadership data into an entire book (I found the ratio of useful data to nonsense and fluff to be about 1:35), added a bunch of poorly drawn 1/4 page cartoon to fill space, add redundant charts and tack the sentence "entrepreneurs look for and exploit opportunities" to each chapter and you have this book. Very disappointed this was selected as a textbook for a class. Only redeeming quality is it was cheap compared to an actual book on leadership.

This book is so repetitive... it is poorly written and relies mostly on tables with paragraphs that give no real information. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I had to return this item as I found the content to be extremely poor; very disappointed that it was required course material for a Graduate class.
