Mushroom Tales, Rules of Gold is the first in the Mushroom Tales Series. The series of books teach the importance of the 3 L's: to love, to learn, to laugh. Very young children are introduced to the concept of a "rule" being a suggestion we should follow. The Golden Rule is delightfully explained through the rhyming text and lively illustrations. The illustrated mushroom characters act out the scenes that children face each day, encouraging them to be helpful and kind. This book is a perfect addition to Sunday School and home libraries.

Mushroom Tales Rules of Gold by Connie Robayo and Dave Freeman is a short tale of mushrooms helping each other. It's a rhyming tale of cute mushroom characters who believe in the Golden Rule, "do unto others as you would have others do unto you." When they fall, they help each other up. They say if you want someone to greet you with smiles, show them one of yours. It's a cute, encouraging tale to help kids learn to behave and do the right things.
