Understanding Boat Electronics Reviews
I don't want to give this book a bad review because it might be that I'm not understanding the material that's swaying my opinion. I purchased this as a primer for our new boat. The book doesn't really start out at A level. It starts more at the C level. I'm not a new comer to electronics but this book lost me in several places. It reminded me of talking to a retired expert on the subject. Like, if you ask him how to wire power to an electronic device, he'd start telling how but then trail off about how the electricity flowed through the device to power it. That's great and all, but I just want to know how to hook it up. I'm not going to throw this one out but will revisit it after getting more familiar with my boat to see if it starts making more sense.
my son in law bought his first boat and this was a gift.after reading it he thanked me because of the amount of information this book had for hom
