I bought this seeking an organized visual overview of lighter duty Ford commercial trucks, and the C-series "Tilt Cabs" in particular. While I don't dispute the authors genuine enthusiasm for, and knowledge of Ford trucks, in my opinion the book suffers in places from a lack of editing to avoid, for example, consecutive sentences that begin with "This." Most disappointing --in chapter 7, the author writes that in 1957, Ford introduced the C-series "Tilt cabs" but there is no photo of a C-series rig until the next chapter, 11 pages later, and then it is of a restored truck.
Great book for anyone interested in the obscure medium duty ford trucks. Not as much info as I would have liked but still more than you can find pretty much anywhere else all in one place. Great pictures and interesting info.
