Willem Lange with his indomitable spirit relays the stories of his life with Mother, his wife of 50+ years. Interspersed with other stories of life, yes, but mainly the life Willem and Mother lived, and then with their children as they came along. He does not lecture, but gives us his unvarnished truth. To those of us who have been married, it is quite clear that relationships are fraught with danger, but also with love and warmth.

I saw Willem Lange on PBS a couple of months ago. He was being interviewed and read from one of his books, "Intermittent Bliss."
