If you are thinking about buying this repair manual over the Bentley manual because it it cheaper, don't. Although it has some okay repair information in it, much of the text is just recycled general car repair info from the many years of Haynes manual publishing. A detailed model-specific repair manual it is not.
The manual was exactly as described and as expected. Whenever I get a car, the first "accessory" I buy is the repair manual, and I always leave it in the vehicle when I sell it. Back in the day, Chilton's was the popular brand, but I've used Clymers as well, and Haynes more recently.
Better than nothing, but now good enough. Get a Bentley manual, 5 times the cost, but a couple hours of digging for missing information will pay for itself in the long run. Gearheads prefer something other than Haynes...
Good manual. I have used these for several cars.
Decent for some repairs, but it leaves out so much information and is too general in a lot of areas. Decent for the price, but there are better manuals out there.
it looks like a cheap version of the book. I own several manual from Haynes, and this book is the worst. It look cheap and usually they give the difficulty of every job but not in this book.
Good manual, has the specs that you need and additional pictures to get you started. I found some of the detail and pictures better in the Bentley book, however, these compliment each other well.
Horrible... old and outdated... useless information... torque requirements not indicated... poorly organized book with poor graphics... do not recommend it..
