I bought this book at a bookstore in London the day before I flew back to the States. This is a book that frankly would not work on the kindle but a hard copy is great. Not as amusing as it is shocking and it made me realize that the nutty politicians we have in the US can't hold a candle to some of their Russian, African and Eastern European counterparts. Well written, researched and beautifully illustrated. It would make a perfect gift.

This book got a fair amount of publicity in Europe when it came out in the UK at the end of last year. It's biting humour got a lot of politicians upset, including Putin who is portrayed as 'conflicted' sexually. I couldn't resist buying a copy, although it was a bit hard to find. It is one of those books that you can pick up, read a few pages, and put down until the next day. I thought it was a brilliant concept, extremely well executed. The writing and illustrations are superb.
